Shipping policy

Retail orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Some products are made to order, and processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or other peak periods. If a delay extends beyond the stated window, we will contact you by email.

Approved wholesale orders are made to order and normally require 7–10 business days for production before shipment. Larger or custom orders may receive a separate written timeline.

Orders ship from Idaho using the carrier shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed after an order ships.

Standard retail shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 within the United States. We do not offer a standing retail free-shipping threshold. Eligible retail orders of $80 or more receive a complimentary gift while the program is offered.

An approved retailer's first qualifying wholesale order receives free standard U.S. shipping when the retailer is signed in to its Shopify B2B account and applies code FIRSTWHOLESALESHIP. The wholesale order minimum is $125 after wholesale pricing, and the shipping offer is limited to one use per approved wholesale customer.

Shipping protection is available at checkout. For verified transit loss or damage, protected orders qualify for replacement merchandise or merchandise credit, depending on product availability. Claims involving unprotected shipments are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Packing mistakes and verified manufacturing defects remain the responsibility of Collective Candles Co.

Local pickup is available when offered at checkout. Because pickup is at a private residence, the address and arrival instructions are provided only after the order is marked ready for pickup.
